Here’s how.

When placing an order on the McDonald's app or online ordering portal, customers drag and drop a pin on an interactive map to pinpoint their delivery location.

During this process, our reverse geocode API comes into action to identify the location where the pin has been dropped on the map. Here, MapmyIndia's data-rich map SDK picks up not just the address locality, but also the exact house number level address of the customer.

Alternatively, customers can type in their delivery location and get house-number level address suggestions through our autosuggest API.

When on-the-go.

Customers on the move can pick up their meals through the McDonald's ON-THE-GO service. Here, customers can choose a route between any two points and see which McDonald's outlets fall on that route. This feature is powered by the POI along the route API and MapmyIndia's ability to carry out last-mile store mapping for McDonald's.
