GPS trail doesn’t coincide with roads shown in the maps because of GPS’ limited accuracy. GPS accuracy depends on location (geographic), satellites’ location and weather conditions. In perfect conditions (sunny weather, no clouds, in open area, without skyscrapers, woods) accuracy can be about 10 – 15 meters.
Another possibility is that newly constructed roads don’t exist in the map.
Maps are updated quarterly and changes are installed on server automatically.
Please give your valuable feedback if you find any roads in your vicinity missing in the maps.
